2015 Quaker Web Award

QUF offers an award of $100 to an innovative Monthly Meeting Quaker web presence website. This initiative applies to websites open by the end of the calendar year 2015.

We are looking for notable, currently unrecognized, innovative Quaker Monthly Meeting web presences. In future years, QUF will seek to expand the award categories to include other categories.

The Quaker Monthly Meeting Web Award criteria include:

  • Effective Quaker communication with an identified constituency
  • Innovative design
  • Effective use for Quaker outreach
  • Addressing important issues in the Quaker tradition
  • Willing collaboration with other Quakers developing Quaker web presences
  • Serious effort to communicate the Quaker Faith and practice tradition

“Monthly Meeting” includes Friends Churches and Meetings in any country of the world.

The candidate web site must be available on line before December 31, 2015.

For 2016, this award will be determined by the QUF Steering Committee. In future years, a committee of representatives of previous award recipients will determine the awards.
